The Role Of Ultrasonic Humidifiers in Various Industries

Sep 28, 2022

With the rapid development of social production technology, industrial manufacturers will find that humidity has a serious impact on the production process in the daily production process. Therefore, controlling the humidity in the workshop has also become an important issue in industrial production.

Some industries require a high humidity environment in the production process. The common method is to use an ultrasonic humidifier, which can quickly humidify and effectively eliminate the impact of insufficient humidity on the production process.

1. Industrial humidification in the electronics industry

At present, the quality requirements of domestic electronic products are getting higher and higher. In order to ensure product quality, it is very important to control the temperature and humidity in the workshop, especially the humidity. If the production environment is too dry, it is easy to generate static electricity, resulting in damage to the integrated circuit. Generally speaking, the relative humidity of electronic workshop is controlled at 40 ~ 60% RH. In this case, the static electricity disappears and the production personnel feel comfortable.

2. Industrial humidification of textile industry

Relative humidity has a great influence on the quality of fiber yarn, which is manifested in moisture regain, strength, elongation, tenderness and so on. The relative humidity in the textile workshop of the industrial humidifier is controlled between 70%-80% RH, which increases the yarn strength, reduces the breakage rate, reduces the phenomenon of flying flowers in the workshop, eliminates static electricity, and enables the fibers to be stretched, combed, and spun. The yarn and other processes are carried out smoothly, improving the output and quality.

3. Industrial humidification in the printing industry

In order to obtain higher printing quality, not only good printing equipment, materials and professional skills are required, but also a superior printing environment. The relative humidity of the printing workshop is generally controlled between 55 ~ 65%RH to prevent paper deformation and color overprint misalignment. Eliminate static electricity, prevent dust adsorption on the surface of paper, maintain safe production, and improve printing efficiency and quality.

4. Industrial humidification in the automotive coating industry

In some entities of the automobile paint shop, such as spray booth, grinding booth, glue coating booth, etc., the humidifier should be equipped with a humidification system. The humidity should be controlled between 40% to 80% RH. Eliminating static electricity can avoid the explosion of volatile gases in the paint, prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the workpiece, increase the brightness and dust-free surface of the sprayed workpiece, and improve the quality requirements of automobile painting.

5. Industrial humidification in the tobacco industry

In the production and processing of cigarettes, each process in the production process has strict requirements on humidity. The production workshop is controlled at 65 ~ 70%RH. With the increase of humidity, the moisture content of tobacco leaves increases, the mechanical strength of tobacco leaves increases, the breakage rate of tobacco leaves and shredded tobacco is reduced, and product yield and quality are improved.

General humidification methods such as spraying or watering and other humidification measures often cause wet spots on floors, equipment, etc. The ultrasonic humidifier uses an integrated atomization module to atomize the water, releasing a fine mist of 1~5μ in diameter, which evaporates quickly to increase the humidity to the desired level, and relies on air movement to disperse the moisture, keeping the area at 95% all the time RH. The ultrasonic humidifier is flexible and easy to position, enabling easy and precise humidification in all directions.
